How do I register?

What is the schedule for Gobblerfest this year?

Please refer to the schedule tab above. We will continually update the schedule as performers and attractions are confirmed.

Do I need to bring my own table, chairs, or tent to Gobblerfest?

Tables will be provided. However, groups are requested to bring their own chairs and tent (if desired). Then must fit within the 10’ by 10’ space each booth is allowed.

How do I check-in? What is the load-in/load-out process?

On-site check-in will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Otey St. in front of Squires Student Center.

Where can I park?

Parking passes can be purchased through the registration process. The passes will be good for parking at the Chicken Hill lot, with a shuttle service to and from the festival.

Is a shuttle service provided?

A shuttle service to and from the Chicken Hill lot for vendor parking will be available at regular intervals during the load-in and load-out times. Load-in will begin on campus at 1:30 p.m.  Load-out will take place after 8 p.m.
